Terms of Service

Please read this agreement ("TOS") carefully. By using or accessing any Service, you (as the "User") agree to the terms of this TOS. "Service" means the AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) service. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.
This TOS is a legal agreement between you and AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) This TOS governs the Service, and content available through it. It also governs support services (if any) available as part of your subscription. If a separate or supplemental TOS appears when you access any element of the Service, its terms will control as to that element.

AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at www.agni.ind.in/terms.php. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While agni.ind.in prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Terms & Conditions for Add Money

1. Dear Customer, the money you are adding in Agni Wallet will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. The amount added to Agni Wallet through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, other wallets will not be refunded under any condition.
3. With the money you add to Agni Wallet, you can take advantage of all our services.
4. With the wallet amount, you can only take facilities like recharges, bills pay, and bank transfer.
5. You can also purchase Advertisement package from Agni Wallet.
6. The money you are adding to Agni Wallet, you are doing it on your own. Not doing so at the behest of the company or any company executive.
7. If you have added Agni Wallet only after reading the Terms and Conditions, then you can use the service from Agni Wallet but the amount will not be refunded.

2. डेबिट कार्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग, अन्य वॉलेट के माध्यम से अग्नि वॉलेट में जोड़ी गई राशि किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
3. आप अग्नि वॉलेट में जो पैसा जोड़ते हैं, उससे आप हमारी सभी सेवाओं का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।
4. वॉलेट अमाउंट से आप सिर्फ रिचार्ज, बिल पेमेंट और बैंक ट्रांसफर जैसी सुविधाएं ही ले सकते हैं।
5. आप अग्नि वॉलेट से विज्ञापन पैकेज भी खरीद सकते हैं।
6. जो पैसा आप अग्नि वॉलेट में जोड़ रहे हैं, वह आप अपनी मर्जी पर कर रहे हैं। कंपनी या कंपनी के किसी एक्जीक्यूटिव के कहने पर ऐसा किया है।
7. अगर आपने नियम और शर्तें पढ़कर ही अग्नि वॉलेट जोड़ा है, तो आप अग्नि वॉलेट से सेवा का उपयोग कर सकते हैं लेकिन राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी।

Account Terms

You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account, which can be done via email to cancel at AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd). All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd), in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) site.
AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Copyright and Content Ownership We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) does not pre-screen Content, but AGNI(TTB Software Pvt Ltd) and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.
